Improving our wellbeing at work

It's a modern day problem that people are less active nowadays, mainly due to technological advances. That’s why we held a company-wide wellbeing week this week, with a host of activities to encourage all our employees to get more active.
 
Activities included spin classes, boxercise, military style fitness sessions, yoga, trampolining and much more. Plus, we had nutrition talks, smoothies and even massages at our desks!
 
There were quizzes and competitions to win prizes, a raffle to raise money for our chosen charities, a healthy recipe of the day, as well as a healthy app of the day, so there was something for everyone!
 
Feedback on our wellbeing week has been very positive:

It’s true what they say…a healthy workforce is a happy workforce!
 
It's been an enjoyable week and it's safe to say everyone who took part has improved their wellbeing in some way. We’re looking forward to next year’s wellbeing week already!
