I’m a Customer Relations Executive. I deal with customers who have expressed dissatisfaction with 1ST CENTRAL and try to resolve their issue.
How long have you been working at 1ST CENTRAL?
I started working for 1ST CENTRAL in January 2010.
Tell us about your career path here at 1ST CENTRAL.
I started working at 1ST CENTRAL as a Sales Agent, selling new policies and renewals for car insurance policies. I then moved to the Sales and Service department where I dealt with customers when they initially made a complaint and tried to resolve their issues. I later became a senior member of the team and helped to manage and coordinate the other team members. Then in April 2013 I started working in the Customer Relations department.
What do you love about your current role?
I love being able to help our customers with their queries and resolve their complaints. It’s very satisfying to be able to contact our customers and say we have a solution to their issues. My job is anything but boring. No two days are ever the same.
What’s the best thing about 1ST CENTRAL as a company?
The best thing about 1ST CENTRAL has to be the people. I work with such wonderful people who I enjoy spending time with in and out of work.
What did you want to be as a kid?
As a kid I wanted to be either an actress or a singer or even better, both!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I’m a real social animal, so as long as I have my friends by my side I don’t mind what we get up to.
Who would play you in the movie about your life?
Funny you should ask that. We recently had a discussion about this at work and my colleagues said that Beyoncé should play me. I think it’s because of my hair.
